After taking classes to perfect her craft and gaining hands-on experience, Mrs. Epps officially launched Pop the Balloons. She has poured her heart into building a brand that not only delivers stunning balloon décor but also provides exceptional, personalized customer service. Every event is treated as if it were her own, with careful attention to detail to ensure everything is as close to perfect as possible.
